1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services on the d111 platform — sports betting, slot games, fishing games, bingo, live casino, and any other entertainment activities.

• These Terms may be updated at any time; continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• d111 reserves the right to approve or reject any account at its sole discretion.
• This platform is for personal entertainment only — use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• If these Terms are translated into English or any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.

2 Account Registration & Management

Opening a personal account is mandatory to start using services on d111. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. The user is fully responsible for the security of their account.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• If your registered details change, you must notify the support team immediately.
• d111 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

d111 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Government-issued documents such as a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for age verification.
• If it is established that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh, and it is their own responsibility to ensure that using this service is lawful from their location.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on d111 are simple, fast, and secure. Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made in the name of the registered account holder and to the registered payment method.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, d111 may place a hold on the withdrawal process and carry out additional verification.
• Funds deposited in a user's account do not earn interest.
• The currency of any deposit must be Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

d111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms must be followed to enjoy them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳6,000 will apply a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.2 Other Promotions

• All bonus offers have their own individual validity periods and terms; see the relevant offer page for details.
• Promotions may not be combined with other promotions while one is active, unless explicitly stated.
• If any misuse or manipulation of bonuses is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• d111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting, slots, fishing games, bingo, and live casino games on d111.

• d111 has full authority to accept or reject any bet. Bets accepted in error due to a technical fault may be cancelled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, d111's final decision is the standard.
• Market and odds information in sports betting is for illustrative purposes only; the date, score, or odds of any match may not be treated as actual live data.
• Once a betting transaction is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are completely prohibited on d111 and will result in account closure and fund forfeiture:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or AI to play games or place bets.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs; in such cases d111 may cancel any associated winnings.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Any hacking or cyber attack against the platform's infrastructure or security systems.
• Operating multiple accounts or using family members' or friends' accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

d111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (inactive account).
• Closure at the user's own request.

Users may also close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

d111 places the highest importance on the protection of users' personal information. All data is secured through SSL encryption technology.

• Information may be shared to a limited extent when required by legal obligation or for security purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming Terms
